What we're building
Lumiere is an AI-native video editor. Instead of dragging clips for hours, you talk to an agent: "cut the silences," "add b-roll here," "give me captions," "lay a music bed under my voice," and it makes the edit on a real, editable timeline you can still touch.
Every prompt produces a visible thought trace, a tool list, and a timeline diff, so bad assumptions die in the chat, not on your timeline. The goal is simple: collapse the repetitive part of editing from hours into minutes, so the human can focus on the story.
